assuming you are in BR area call V&V roofing. They can repair the fascia board damage, the flashing and determine and repair the cause of the water entry. Then you’ll need a painter

To catch up. The house was constructed after the 2016 flood, so its 8-9 years old. We are in the Watson area. Termites are certainly a possibilty.

Simple water damage. Fascia should not touch the shingles, at least 1/2” gap. On the gable end fascia and soffit it looks l8ke water intrusion from a leak in the roof. Perhaps an exposed nailhead or possibly it backed out if it was merely nailed into the sheathing.
Good handyman should be able to take care of this no problem.

Just to get the boards opinion, let’s assume there’s no water or termite issue. What would you pay someone to merely replace those boards?
