Home Renovation Designers - who ya use?

I am renovating a house I just bought and though I will be doing a LOT of renovations, I will be doing them a project or 2 at a time. I will be doing the following renovations:
Master bath and closet (current space is 3 closets, woman's changing room, tiny bathroom, wall of windows)
Guest bath (standard guest bath)
Half bath (currently full bath)
HVAC
Front Porch/Roof/Entryway
Back Porch/Roof
Kitchen/Laundry/Pantry (Currently Kitchen/2 small panties/butler's toilet/Half of the full bath)
With that said, who or what should I hire to design the porches and baths/kitchen/etc.? Interior Designer? Architect? A Kitchen and Bath store? Home Depot? Lowes? Contractor? etc.
I'm not sure which way to go. I've gotten quotes from an interior designer and an architect and not sure which would be better? Or if I should just go with a contractor or one of those kitchen/bath design companies.
This is in the New Orleans area.

No offense man but I have made a ton of money buying houses (projects) where the renovator spent his entire budget 60 days into the project.
If you cant walk into to space and sketch out what you want you are headed for expensive trouble.

I could do it, but with the wall of windows and and sliding doors, I'd rather someone who knows what they are doing help me better utilize my space.

If you have a good carpenter get him to look, its cheaper and he will understand the structural piece.

Yazzo Restorations does a great job but I don’t know if they will do something that small. They do great job on older renovations.

If i was in the nola area... i would call JL Studio. She seems to be pretty great at designing and she is

That's a lot of different projects. After the flood I modeled my house to generate a master plan and drawings to bring to different suppliers. Also made a few renderings for my wife to get an idea of what I was planning.

Yeah but I knew that going in when I bought the house. I just don't want to price it out of the neighborhood w/ my renovations.
I coulda bought a 550k house but every house that was move in ready I was always like "I really like this but I wish they had done......instead"
