Doesn't sound like it would ever appraise, so no sale.

Would not have to have an appraisal on a cash sale.

Anyone that pays over $300k for a house right now should refrain from reproducing.

The back of that house is horrible. I cant stand 3 nice sides of brick with some trash vinyl all across the back. Stop being cheap and pay for brick all the way around.

Previous owners were bama fans. Better plan on having it fumigated if you do get it...

I agree. It’s the tell tale sign of a spec house.

That is only worth the asking price in Cali or NY, where shitty houses cost that much because people are stupid enough to buy it

I was thinking money laundering or someone has to list the house due to probate and doesn't really want to sell it.

1st sign of mcmansion - the owner never has money for curtains or window treatments. They also have sparse furniture.

Seems like laundering money by buying each other’s homes at double their value would be pretty easy to catch on to

Oh you can pay as much as you can imagine for a house if you have the money.

All I will say is that you know without a shadow of doubt if you are looking a house that is actually worth 750k. That means you have been actually trolling around the 1-1.5 million dollar range to see if anything falls down.

You dont have to get on here and ask about the obviously trash of a house that is worth parking an old chevy in the front yard.
