Obviously it was someone who knew them. They must have kidnapped and tortured them until they gave them the number to the safe. I'm betting it was someone who's done some housework for them.

It also so sounds like they wanted the bodies to be found in short order based on where they left them. Could have driven that truck out in some woods and left it.

a couple pages back, someone said they were told by a cop friend that there is a chase going on in Mandeville for a bald due in the woods by smoothie king

I came in this thread asking if the 10+ cops swarming hwy 59 looking for a man in the woods in Mandeville was connected to the case. The two situations ended up not being connected.

Doubt it. The car pulled over in Mandeville was a silver or gold small car and looking for a tall white bald guy. They are looking for a white Chevy pickup truck with multiple suspects in the BR couple case. Unrelated.
