Looking to buy in the BR metro area. I've heard DSLD and DR Horton are terrible at best.
Any recommended homebuilders? Not an OT baller - looking for something in the $200k - $250k range.

DSLD may be cookie cutter but they make a quality product. DR Horton is complete trash
