Get ready for all the Bywater bicycle traffic that's been on Burgundy to move back to Rampart. I'm curious to see how things will work once the streetcars go on the line.

But yes, it is smoother than I could have imagined. The grass on the neutral ground is already dying though, so at least you know Nola hasn't gotten too efficient.

There are traffic studies being done on every neighborhood in New Orleans right now. Whether they end up getting funding is another matter.

According to the article I saw last week, you're looking at least $10,000,000,000 dollars, and over 30 years worth of work.

The surveys showed that only a couple isolated neighborhoods even got up to a C+ overall.

I just drove down it today and was shocked. That actually went quicker than I expected. I mean Napoleon is still partially hell to drive on.
