Most audio of him is at rallies. I find it interesting to listen to the most influential man of the 20th century this way myself

Hitler was fanatical about making sure any recordings or broadcasts of him were well produced and nothing got out that didn't go through his government apparatus. Almost everything we have of him is propaganda and is him delivering a performance. This covert recording is one of the few existing of what he actually sounded like, which is interesting given that everything else we have of this guy is pure propaganda.
He's the most influential man of the 20th century and the world was profoundly changed because he existed, he lived when recording was readily available, he and his people were masters of using recordings to influence people, and yet there's almost zero record of what the man's voice really sounded like.
That's why people who aren't dullards give a frick.

I had always thought he talked like a fig.
He sounded pretty mean. I know that’s not worth much. But, you can tell he was a fig. It had a whiny little hint of Austrian valley girl, bitching about who had more tanks and how he didn’t like the weather.
