as far as the moral compass comment...dude if my wifes best friend suddenly started doing only fans....we wouldnt go around her very much, atleast with my kids. I dont want my kids around people that think that its a good way to live your life.

Go back and look at what I quoted you on to start this interaction. It was in regards to “morality clauses” and rules in society as a whole despite human hypocrisy and failure, not her specific actions.
So, again, should we (society in general and organizations) not have rules and standards because we live in a world of grey?

I think an organization that protects kid frickers has no business dictating morality on anyone else.
I think if an adult wants to do something that is 100% legal on their own time, there should be no repercussions for that.

As an employee you represent your employer. If that school wants to maintain a reputation as a high quality institution this reflects poorly on them. She made a choice, choices come with consequences. This isn't a hard concept. You are held to standards in the professional world and if you don't meet them you will have your employment terminated.
She will make plenty of money selling her body online (action), she will have trouble getting normal employment because of it (consequence).

i have done plenty of shitty things in my past and anyone had the right to judge me. Thankfully those are decades ago and i grew up but if someone didnt want their kid around me at the time...well i should be self aware enough to understand why.
