The Soviets were planning to invade Germany anyways but they were hoping to wait until 1943ish so they could finish rearmament. Maybe Hitler is able to rally Western Europe to unite against the Soviet menace and is seen as the defender of Europe instead of the aggressor.

Yes, a lot of people don't realize there was going to be a war between Germany and the Soviets one way or another. Hitler's biggest mistake was he didn't have the country, especially manufacturing, at anywhere near a war footing when he went in, thinking it would be a pushover.
Germany's production of tanks and planes was actually far higher in 1944, with all the bombing going on, than it was in 1940-41.

The vast majority of the worlds oil production during that time was done by standard oil’s seven sisters.
If by some miracle the USA was neutral, the war would have been won by who ever they decided/were allowed to supply oil to.
Germany and Japan effectively had no oil in the territory. Russian was the worlds second largest producer but was dwarfed by the USA.
The what if I've always wanted to know is, what if Japan knew China had oil fields and had the know how to produce jt
