I can say that I'm glad I didn't end up with any girls from my HS upon my 10 year reunion. Never dated anybody from my HS.

most of the guys that the girls in the school thought were hot are now all fat and/or going bald and not attractive at all anymore. in fact, most of the guys from my class aren't aging well.

out of a class of 700-800 students, i'd say i might have been in the top 30-40. definitely not top 10-15. reasonably accurate. what about y'all?

Basically, having a child really tests women...unless they have the child in their mid 20s, then it doesn't challenge them that much. If they bounce back, then they're good to go.
ETA: I can't think of any that I graduated with that have changed that much. I don't have a facebook though, so I wouldn't really know.

Funny you say this. I was just telling some people about a girl who in school was on the very heavy side. Smart girl. Never really got out of her shell. After hs she lost 100 pounds. Exceptionally looking woman now. Her husband is the real winner. He was around for all of it.

But that could easily backfire if she has a fat disposition. You can kind of tell the ones who are thin/fit now, but are likely to fatten out as they aren't able to move around as much, or their metabolism slows.
Obviously this is a shallow view of things.
