Why not just start a club team and get other girls at other schools do the same? When it gets popular enough, the school can take over. That's what we did for Lacrosse at my high school and it went school endorsed a few years after I left.

So the girl was able to play football and now they are just fighting for others too as well? Nice assumption that other girls want to play just because she did.

It's been awhile since Title IX killed some smaller men's sports.

This is where they lost me. If you have enough girls wanting to form a league and start the funding that's fine, but forcing a school to form a league is BS.
