Not sure how money affects the ability to hang a tv on a wall. Kind of a dumb thing to say, but whatever.

Screw hanging tvs way up high. I like mine on a nice cabinet at eye level when I'm sitting.

Phillips Screen Clean. Comes in a green colored spray bottle with cleaning cloths for 15.00 on Amazon.My toddlers constantly touched my plasma and led screens and it cleans them great.

Make a solution of equal parts vinegar and water. Vinegar is a natural detergent, making it a safer, and much less pricey option, than other cleaners.

Pressure washer.

Make sure it's on "electronics" setting or it might frick up your tv.
