Is it OK to Say "Hey Guys"?
Words are literally causing pain and transporting the mentally diseased to places they don't want to go.

I do too because the female equivalent is "gals" which sounds awkward.

I work with all women and still use “guys”. It’s just my natural word for trying to call attention to a group of people.
