Interesting choices of photos for each state

I know some poors but I wont hang out with them. I won't hang out with anyone that doesn't make 75k year, fwiw.
That's pretty shallow
Do you ask people what they make when you meet them? A married couple making 65k and 50k can live quite comfortably in many areas of the US.

A married couple making that much would be poverty level in Mississippi. I'm assuming both people are working part-time in the service industry?

$115k household income? That’s 2 times the median household income in the US.

A few years experiance versus decades of experiance... which do you think is going to get paid more?

You are the average of the 5 people you hang out with the most. I can't afford to hang around deadbeats.

What about people that have more money than you'll ever make, but they don't work 9-5? I know someone whose job is managing his family's trusts, foundation, scholarship program, and dealings with universities. His family could wipe their arse with what you've made so far in your life, and not think twice about it. Is he a douche about money like you? Absolutely not

I'm surprised the gap between millennials and boomers is as large as it is.
It seems like everyone works in healthcare (a field where ppl tend to make sonewhat the same regardless of experience unlike engineering).

That's for 9 months work. In an easy job with fat benefits. In a career path that isn't competitive. Teaching isn't gonna get you rich but it's not a bad gig.

115 k household is likely top 10% in Mississippi.
