I didn't take the pic. A friend did. Ask that fella that said he knew the guy in the pic to confirm. Again, it's outside, so he doesn't "have to" wear a mask. I found it distasteful myself.

Yeh he is outside but you aren't supposed to even get up out of your seat from a table without a mask let alone get up from table with no mask, proceed to table that is not your party with no mask, and then talk to them within 6 feet with no mask on.

I believe you but it’s 100% worse if you have proof of date
If I am reading this fight masks are required outside in public spaces if you cannot social distance

leaves change color more because of less sunlight than temperature FWIW
but if those are live oaks, then they should stay green

I’m telling you right now. BRCC started on the cart path project at most 3 weeks ago. You can see all the first on the first cart path in the pic. This is at most 3 weeks old.
