Wow. That's the most bold admission I've ever seen that masons don't believe the Bible. Masons are Gnostics. The forerunners of Gnostics are not Christians and were kicked out of the early church by the apostles themselves for rejecting the gospel.

Respectfully,
You’ve mistaken the issue.
Gay church in Dallas is not a church. Putting mice in cookie jars doesn’t make them cookies.

Conviction of one’s sins, repentance of them, and faith and absolute reliance in Jesus’s propitiatory sacrifice is their only hope. Holding on to homosexuality and refusing to repent is the road to perdition.

They need our prayers.

From what I can gather, this is true historically. However, from what I can gather, American Freemasonry moved considerably away from this old truth during and after WW2.

Yes, historically in Europe, Freemasonry was an aggressive opponent of Catholocism.

Was about to post the same thing. Freemasons in Europe were or still may be more secret and anticatholic vs. the US variety. In the US they mostly exist as a social organization.

And before anyone says what about the Knights of Columbus, there ceremonies used to be secret. The ceremonies where you attain the first 3 degrees are open to family and friends now - started that several years ago. The 4th degree was secret but that was opened up for public viewing many years ago to prove to the naysayers that the Knights weren't actually pledging obedience to the Pope at the expense of our country.

Yes, I agree. Both of these American organizations are now largely charitable organizations that support their respective hospitals for kids.

Whooooooooa. I did not know this! I've been an inactive third degree for almost 40 years, now, but grew up in the KC Hall. My parents were huge in the KC and the Ladies Auxiliary, I treasure their friendships. This is interesting.

This has always been the case. You cannot be a Christian and also believe in the tenants of freemasonry. I am a former freemason, and the two are diametrically opposed to one another.

Freemasonry only requires you to believe in a higher power/diety, not necessarily the triune God.

Freemasonry also teaches that if you simply follow the virtues and teachings of the lodge, one can obtain Heaven, totally independent of anything else, such as a relationship with the triune God.

That's just paraphrasing a couple of points in my own words. Entire books have been written on this topic by former masons though.
