Should i be letting him just air it out more with an arch?

Have him start with you at 10-15 yards then back up 10-15 yards at a time until you get about 50-60 yards apart. Have him throw both on a rope and with an arch for just a little while then start working your way back in 10-15 yards at a time until you are 5 yards apart from one another.

The whole exercise shouldn't take anymore than about 20 minutes.

Do both, air it out as the distance gets further. When he gets to that max, don’t over due it. Maybe 10-15 throws, if that. Then have throwing partner walk back in. Have your kid still throwing it at max velo as you walk back in

Look up Alan jaeger. It’s more of a pro based long toss system but you can get a general idea

If you have to ask, it's already too late for Braxtynn and he's never going to make a college team, much less a pro team.

Focus on something more his speed, like softball or ballet.
