Sounds like horseshite. Did you ask for specifics in what is running while youre vehicle is shut off?

Keep taking it back to the dealership and when they fail to fix it for the 3rd time then lemon law the vehicle and buy something else.

Sounds like a short."
No,it does not. A short is when power(voltage) touches ground. A short will blow a fuse-not his problem.
O.P. That vehicle is too new not to be fixed correctly and the condition you describe should NOT be happening.I suggest taking it to a different dealership.

Oh really, I'm a electronics tech that debugs military electronics for a living.
A short doesn't have to be to straight to ground. Things can be shorted through faulty components or through other parts and not straight to ground. You are talking about a dead (0 ohm) short. You can have shorts of different values of resistance that don't draw enough amps to cause the fuse to blow, but will pull power.
I also happened to have a short in my tahoe last year inside my navigation system (apparently common with them) that was causing current draw and draining my battery. I found it by doing exactly what I told the OP.

Had a van I used for surveying they always had this issue. Finally installed a disconnect switch on the inside. I keep my vehicle at the airport for months at a time with a small solar charger connected to it. Works great.
