Heavy fog and people have their headlights off

A couple of women in my office leave their brighters on most of the morning.

I left the house a little before 6am, while it was still dark. I counted no less than 3 cars with no lights on and 15 with flashers on, including 2 18 wheelers.

True, but if someone pulls out of their neighborhood and doesn't see Bubba coming home after getting off his night shift at the plant because he doesn't have his headlights turned on and then gets t-boned, that's not really nature weeding out the weakest.
