One of my favorite snacks is plain greek yogurt with dried fruit and granola. I also eat white rice with ground turkey almost everyday as a pre-workout meal.

I recently discovered these and like them a lot. Only 200 calories a bar and they taste like a wafer cookie.

My problem with Quest bars is all the added fiber (probably to counter the effects of the whey

Why wouldn't you want fiber? To counter the effects of the whey??? Huh?

thinkThin Lean Protein and Fiber Bar is my favorite. Low on sugar and calories and still has 10g of protien. Taste the best too. Not too chewy like most and not dry either.

I did a little research before because I didn't want a lot of sugar and carbs and also wanted a protein bar under 200 calories. I tried most that fit my criteria and that is the one I liked the best.

ETA: My wife's favorite is the PowerCrunch someone posted earlier. Same criteria as me, but she likes the crunchy wafer taste better.

I keep washed fruit and berries in bowls in the fridge at all times. Blueberries, eat a handful a day. Raspberries, grapes, figs, strawberries. Banana almost every day.

I've had the think thin ones before as well. The one you posted (salted caramel) tastes pretty good. That's the only flavor I've actually tried....which other ones are good?

EADS Myoplex bars. They are tough to get through and you will feel like you have eaten a bale of hay after getting it down but this is what NFL trainers that I know use.
