I am. I work in an ER and it's comparatively a ghost town. Not as many "toothaches"

I work in a hospital... and I am not going to venture over to the ER to check it out.
In fact I am going to avoid the main hospital entrances and waiting areas as much as possible over the next few weeks.

Wife works in the ER and said it’s business as usual with the usual idiots (i.e. STD and pregnancy test requests, Facebook Live-ing their medical treatments, etc).

Went to my cardiologist's office this morning to get blood drawn for a procedure scheduled for next Monday. Was met a the door by a girl wearing a mask and gloves taking temperatures before anybody was allowed inside.
Procedure is still on for now, but it won't exactly break my heart if it gets postponed.

I have a friend who’s on a traveling nurse rotation in Tacoma. She said they are turning away patients due to lack of beds. All scheduled surgeries have been postponed. She’s worked 36 hrs straight as of this AM.

I work in a nursing home. Was told to work from home (I do contract work) but I had to go today to get my things.
No visitors are being allowed and everyone (employees) coming in has to get screened for temp.
As of now we have no sick people other than their normal dx — has one case of the flu in February and that’s it.

Wife is a case manager on an oncology floor. They have a patient who likely has coronavirus but their policy is so stupid they haven't even been tested yet.
They have to show symptoms for more than a day
Then they test for the flu
If flu is negative they order an epidemiologist
If the epidemiologist thinks they need to be tested they order the test
Then they test them
Sounds like a good way to wipe out a whole floor of chemo patients.

Work in physical therapy in hospital in Jupiter Florida.
We’re being pretty damn sloppy with the testing, how strict we are about visitors, etc. Still have 9 elective total joint replacements on today and 15 tomorrow.
I traveled domestically by air in last week and was wearing a mask just in case I had caught something and was told to take it off in the halls. Definitely more reactive as opposed to proactive here.
