i have an idea for a self-improvement movement that uses that narcissism and social stigmatization to try to motivate staying on track

that same method words for AA and crossfit. what could go wrong?

That's what I'm saying though, I don't even get cravings for junk anymore, I may eat it every so often for convenience but once you get your body working and you're fueling it with a steady diet of protein your body adjusts in a major way

I actually will get a little sick at this point if I eat like some greasy pizza or something

i treated myself last night (pizza) and had to do a work lunch and at the burger bun. my body is already craving some shitty food. it really is amazing how quickly my body shifts and starts demanding the low hanging fruit.

i go through this on some weekends. but come monday im back in the gym and that helps a lot. You dont want to ruin hard work with eating junk.

the same can be said once you start seeing results. If you've lost 8 lbs, use that as motivation. that shite will pack right back on if you arent exercising

No doubt.

#Gainz are made after you've trained, when you're refueling.
