Yeah Dallas expansion is definitely trending more north than anywhere else. DNT extension and 75 widening north of 380 is making stuff blow up.

When I flew in my mom last month, she couldn't get over how the road systems were and how big DFW is. She couldn't understand how we drove ~35 miles and never saw forestry

I mean she lives in the Wank (Gretna).

Everything was an experience

How much money should you have in the bank before you have a planned child. Real talk.

That will kind of let me know what level you're really on.

Taxes are not stopping middle to upper class from procreating. We don't want big families anymore unless religious.

and the positives of improvement are often spun into negatives by the in/out group dynamic

that's why seeing the 2 groups (city/rural) interact randomly is so strange. they are each other's "out" group and don't really understand the other group and often go back to that in/out group dynamic internally

He probably gets a housing allowance. Obviously they don’t have daycare bills. If they don’t have other bills, 30-40 would be plenty to live on.

People are poor because of their own stupid decisions

I agree.

And it needs to be done away with.

Subsidizing poverty rarely gives enough incentive for upward mobility. Most sit and collect the stipend and are happy where they are currently at.
