I get emails from my organization that are invitations to join what amounts to a hand-wringing apology club. People put pronouns on their Zoom screen and emails, though I'm seeing less of that over the last 6 months.

I hired one. I had to send them home the day Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted because they yelled at the owner of the company for being happy about the verdict. Luckily, they saved me the joy of firing them by quitting. They had to be raised this way.

We’re way past the point of ignoring them. Part of the reason they’re so prevalent today is because we spent too long pretending they didn’t exist and now we have a transportation secretary whose only qualifications are being gay.
