I didn't think I was capable of hate until my sister's ex-husband came on the scene. They have been divorced for about 20 years now, but sadly the fact that he is the biological father of my nephew will never change.
He is a worthless piece of crap and NOTHING has ever been his fault. He thinks the world is out to get him.

I have in the past, yet no longer do. I have now forgiven them and asked God to forgive them as well. I also ask God to have mercy on their souls.

I used to, but as I’ve gotton older I’ve just decided not to waste my time with it.

But it’s much more satisfying when you let go of the hate and realize you just don’t give a frick about them. Hate takes so much effort. Effort the other person usually is not worth.
This.
Let it go because it's self-destructive. The other person does not feel your hatred, it only affects you. I heard it best said, "It's like drinking poison and hoping the other person dies."

Yes, one person.
He was the ex and baby daddy of a girl I was dating and deeply in love with. He refused to let her go and forcibly held their son hostage until she moved back in with him. He was abusive, psycho, delusional, and the first time I’ve ever believed in true evil.
I came real close to killing him once but realized he wasn’t worth ruining my life. But man, those were some sketchy times in my life.
She ended up with him since he had control over her through their son. They’re still together and she’s miserable. I can’t see how she doesn’t poison him or something.
Man, I just realized how trashy that all sounds. It’s really the only “drama” I’ve had in my life.
I’m married to an amazing woman and I’m a happy man.
But frick that guy. I hope he spends eternity in hell.

No, takes too much effort to hate someone.
