I knew this guy who went to a play with his wife one night. Some guy just came up behind him and shot him in the head. Poor guy!

I went LSU at the time. I think his name was Kip. Very sad. I think one of the perp's mom helped burn the car to try and help them avoid arrest. I still think about how I would handle a carjacking because of that, and I'm 43 now.

Yes, had a friend a few years back get murdered by her boyfriend. He then committed suicide by jumping in front of a train.
Knew a guy in high school that became a meth addict and murdered some girl he was smoking with. Apparently he was so high that he just snapped and slit her throat.

I was at LSU at that time...Kip was from pineville, if I remember right...was shot as he begged for his life.
sad thing is, those frickers that did it were minors and are likely roaming the streets again by now...

One of the he murders was a guy I went to middle school with named Zebbie Berthelot. He did eventually get out of jail from that incident but I read in the paper that he was recently arrested again for something else.

My typing teacher from Pinevulle Hogh was murdered with her boyfriend execution style. It went unsolved for like 25 years. I think I read they finally were able to prove it was two gangstas. (From Alexandria) did it.

My Dad as well,it was his girlfriend of 14 years. It happened in 1996 she got 23 years and served 18. She is out now.
