Have you ever had a paranormal experience?

Had one once at a friend's house back when I was in middle school. He lived out in the country and apparently someone had died on the property from a tractor accident. One night I could have swore that I heard a breathing noise coming from somewhere in his room. Also I just felt like there was someone else there, like a presence or something. It was some scary stuff. Has anyone else had a paranormal experience like this?

I thought I was being circles once by demons and dogs barking. I was paralyzed and scared. I was 15.
Thought logically....I had sleep paralysis and was still dreaming.

I have a bout sleep paralysis every month or two. Sometimes it's downright scary, but there's a rational explanation for it. I don't believe in the paranormal.

one night a few months back, I was dead asleep in bed. It was one of those sleeps where you're out like a rock, dreaming real hard. Soon i could feel something warm at my feet that started moving up my body. At this point I wasn't sleeping as heavily, was aware of what could be happening but was still sleeping. The warmth kept moving up my legs, stopping at my crotch. Nearly terrified to what the hell it could be, i woke up, throwing the covers off only to find your mom going to town.

My SO has one every half hour or so. Apparantly no dead soul ever leaves the premises of their demise and is left there to attend to some unfinished business on this mortal plane

When I was a teenager my mom made me spend a week one summer at my grandmas house. I hated that house because it was creepy as hell to me. It was built pre civil war and still had old foundations of slave quarters out back. One night I heard noises coming from a bedroom that was really used as a junk room. Boxes and shot everywhere. You could barely even see the bed. It frightened me even worse than is normally would have because that house had a weird energy about it. I tip toes to my grandmas room and woke her up and told her there were moaning noises coming from the spare room. We slowly made our way down the hall and my heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest. She slowly opened the door and what I saw next scarred me for life. I saw the ghost of my grandpa taking your mom to pound town from behind like a demon possessed.
