He brought the paperwork. He was trying to borrow $1000 and I want to say the interest rate was something like 37% for so many weeks and if it wasn't paid off by then, it went up somewhere between 40% - 50%. Those payday loan places should be illegal. They take advantage of people who are desperate enough they agree to pay that much interest.. And if they have to borrow the money in the first place, those loans will only add to their financial problems..
Anyway, like I said, I didn't lose anything, but I felt like he was trying to screw me and from that point on we were not the friends we were before that.
