My Dad randomly has attacks
Fine one minute & can’t stand up the next
Severe vomiting
We call 911 to get ambulance to take him to ER, neither my mom nor I can carry him & there is no way he is walking on his own
Gets 2 bags of fluids & an anti-nausea med & he’s totally fine
Usually stops at drive thru on the way home because he is starving

My wife had it when she was pregnant with our son. She let it run its course though

I have episodes...Try and cut back salt, caffeine, liquor, that will trigger it

I have had it daily for maybe 10 years. You learn to live with it. I just keep doing what I'm doing, and it eventually stops

I once was getting up off the shitter at work and got insanely dizzy and almost fell forward with my pants around me ankles.
Thankfully i didn't and recovered quite quickly but then sat back down for a couple minutes to make sure I was fine.
Would sucked arse to have to get the secretaries to come help me out.
