Been in hospital the last couple days and felt like I’ve been on a constant buzz. Scary stuff.

It really sucks.
Can make a simple head cold a miserable experience.

About a month ago I popped my ears and everything started spinning. I was on the couch watching TV and I couldn't focus on the TV... like the TV would start out where it is on the wall, then zoom to the right and then start over again in the right spot. Everything I looked at would move to the right while at the same time I felt like I was spinning in a circle. It lasted about 20 or 30 seconds and it scared the shite out of me. Then it started slowing down and stopped... it was cool after I realized it was going to stop.

fricked
ME
Up
Happened once during a night dive.
I was kicking along and realized my bubbles were headed down under my arm pit. It was pitch black except for the beam from my light. When I realized which direction was up, I tried to re-orient myself, you know... so the bubbles went straight to the surface...
I'm getting nauseous just thinking about it.

Yes. I don’t remember exactly how long, but in high school there was about a month stretch or so that I had it. I would mostly experience it when I stood up, but sometimes when I turned over while laying down also. shite sucks.
I haven’t experienced it since though.

Mine comes and goes. I've gone months with mild, unending vertigo, I've also had it so bad I didn't even want to move my head (due to the dizziness but also because any movement just felt draining) much less get out of bed/shower/go to work. Went to a series of doctors (ENT, cardio, etc) and none can find a single thing wrong with me so now I just power through.
It sucks balls.

It’s day three for me and I’m on steroids and an antihistamine. Any remedies I could try at home?

I haven't had it for extended periods of time. But when I did have it I thought the world was coming down on me

Go see an audiologist.

Dramamine or Bonine can help with motion sickness.

Go to youtube and watch the exercise videos. It helps tremendously.

Get the pneumonia vaccine. I used to have really bad vertigo, my doctor told me about the vaccine. I haven't had near the issues I used to.

about a month ago, i was fighting a cold. I blew my nose while driving and heard an unusual popping of my left ear. Nothing painful or damaging...
all of sudden everything started to spin. I was scared shitless driving down perkins. I started to get in suicide lane. It went away once fully in lane and almost completely stopped

Look up Epley maneuver. It is a lifesaver.

Had it for a week or so back in October. I woke up on a Saturday morning and fell sideways into the wall. 0/10 do not recommend.

Yes, both times while driving. It was terrifying.
