This board: "The government needs to stop with so many regulations trying to tell us what to do."
Also this board:"Unless it's something I dont like. Then they need to ban that shite."

Walls work. It's American Detractors who don't.

it's easier to not build a wall than to tear it down once built

Question for the board....

It seems the consensus is that abortion is inherently bad and the government subsidizing it is immoral. My question is can you draw an moral equivalency between PP and our military "adventures" the last 20+ years. I don't condone the killing of any innocents and it just seems like as inadvertent as it must be... a-la necessary evil arguments, that you should try and avoid both. I mean how many innocent people have accidentally been killed in Iraq/Afghanistan/Syria.... Libya etc etc (the list goes on and on and you could go back to Indonesia, Vietnam etc..)

Really?

So you're not okay with the perpetual state of war that America always finds itself in, capital punishment, civilian casualties, eating meat, self defense? Granted, a lot of those aren't technically murder since they're sanctioned by the government but one could argue that abortion isn't murder either. Since it's sanctioned by the government.

I just don't understand why people are so adamant about using abortion to prevent reporduction. There are around 15 other ways to prevent pregnancy. Why do they have to use the one that's so controversial.

Lots of concerns, but none for the life of the person getting killed.

How is everyone ignoring the part about part about him driving his ex (that he had not seen in years) to another state to get a two day long abortion? OP no doubt paid for the abortion as well

Are you comparing birth control to abortion? One is preventing life and the other is taking a life.

My point in even bringing BC into the argument is that when you use morality or religion in an abortion discussion, be prepared to defend every form of what might not be moral at all

For example: Catholics - any of you guys use BC? Especially you single guys.
Another: anyone here against abortion religious enough to admit you believe in God's Will? If yes, defend what that would be in an abortion sense. You can't.

Because, see, birth control would be preventing God's Will be done as well. Or would it? Explain...

I don't love him, winter just wasn't my season
As we walk through be the door, so accusing their eyes
Like the got any room to criticize
Hypocrites we're all here for the very same reason

Some people mistakenly believe that there's a lot of women out there using abortion like it's common birth control. I'm sure those women exist, but it's a very small minority. Far more women than most people realize have had abortions. People you know and love. And they do it to correct a bad mistake. And, typically, it's a very difficult thing for them to do, but they do it because they know they can't take care of a baby. Which, in my opinion, is the responsible thing to do. We've all had risky sex. I'm thankful of a few times I didn't knock up some crazy girl from my younger years. We SHOULD all be more careful, but if you've never royally fricked up, you've been lucky.
