One of my good friends, now dead, wanted so much to outlive Jane Fonda so he could piss on her grave. He was a Nam vet and absolutely hated her more than anything else in his life.

yeah - my mothers abusive ex husband who physically and mentally abused her for years, and mentally abused me and put his hands on me one time. after he did that, my biological father told him he'd kill him if he ever touched me again - and he never did again.

i have no sympathy that the fricker dies - I hope he burns in whatever form of purgatory he believed in - cause he deserves it 10 fold.

When my Father died of Lung Cancer, I felt so much relief that his suffering had ended. The hospital kept upping the pain medicine and it seemed to never be enough.

he could have pissed on Johnson's grave in the meanwhile.
36,000 dead.
A generation torn apart.

Are there vets who still think the Dominos would get us If we didn't fight the Vietnamese?

Probably still think al quaeda were in Iraq before USA too.

I knew guy in high school who was a flat out terrible person. He was a pretty big guy and would always try to fight people at parties and such that were much smaller than him. Talked shite to everybody. Guy actually punched a dent into someone's truck as they were trying to drive away. Was super full of himself even though he was not a smart person. The textbook personification of one of those guys that peaked in high school.

A couple years after high school he died in a wreck from drinking and driving. I felt bad for his family, but had no sympathy for him. I don't wish death on anyone, but there's no doubt the world is a better place without him around.

There are a few folks I wouldn’t miss and their demise would benefit me.

Killed a few guys overseas and you’re damn right I was glad they died. Other than that I’ve never disliked someone enough to be glad they were dead.

I wasn't glad, but it was probably a good thing overall when my Granny passed. She had been in pain, and her mind was going for years. My Gramps had passed earlier that year. They had been married for 67 years, and it made sense that they couldn't spend too much time apart. The last time I saw her a few days before she went was the happiest I had seen her in years, maybe ever. She still seemed pretty confused and was asking my aunt about how people who had died decades earlier were doing, but she was really talkative and upbeat. I think on some level she knew it was coming soon, and she was happy for it.

Watched my beautiful, smart and funny mom slowly die of dementia. She didn’t know who I was or could even describe how she felt. I felt relief and shame when she died. It will haunt me until I die.

Yep, not heartless either. Wish I was on the good side of the weapon.

Nah. This is different. Typical human nature to want to see relief/pain to end

Of course people like Ted Bundy, unibomber, David Koresh, Jim Jones, etc. But I hate that so many others are dead because of these selfish bastards.

Yes. A man that had fricked over and belittled my dad years ago. Actually went and pissed on his grave. I’m sure my dad was smiling.
