But he’s not the winner of the “First Legal Douchebag on the Scene” trophy. That goes to representatives for the Hard Rock Cafe. In their first statement yesterday, they delayed condolences to say that they had nothing to do with the construction.

I actually am defending a case he filed. I would have been embarrassed to file it. 2 pages (on a death), littered with typos and had no signature or signature block. It just ended. I had to get on the remote access and find out who was associated with it.
First time I've filed a motion to strike a pleading because it was unsigned.
