Have received two automated calls today saying my SS # is being used fraudently

No less than 4 times a day. And they’re always local mobile numbers so it’s impossible to just ignore them.

I get them.

They get indignant when I press 1 to waste their time and call them scammers.

"Why did you press 1? I did nothing to you..."

Please kindly send them $500 in itunes cards for them to prevent the culprits from using your SS#. If you do not please kindly do this, you will be against the law with the IRS and they will arrest you

We can't help if you don't post your SS number here.

That is the only way we can tell if you have been compromised.

We will also need a credit card number, billing zip code, and security code from the card.

We'll have you fixed up in no time.

Better call them back. I hear they can deactivate your SSN if you don't answer.

Yes. When you do, make sure you tell them your social so that they can verify if your identity has been stolen or not.
