I'm not sure personality-wise, but I've found that the majority of the girls on an app like Hinge I wouldn't touch if they were the last woman on earth.

So, you have 60% of those, 30% that look like super models that there's no way that anything meaningful will come out of it, and then 10% that you just have to pray works out.

And for those 10%, even getting a second date, regardless of how you felt the first date went, is so tough because there's so many other options if things didn't go super well in her eyes, she's moving on.

I fell in love with a girl I met on Hinge. I liked her voice and obvious intelligence because Hinge has that voice feature . But yeah, Hinge is the worst. I get single moms and sugar babies and old women who wonder “ where all the good men are” three years after divorcing a good man and taking up cat wrangling.

I won’t do the apps again. There is a great wine bar right around the corner and ladies at the market and all that actual human being stuff. If we all did it that way, the rest would fix itself for both sexes.

Yeah I just got out of a serious relationship. Really don't want to do apps again. Trying to figure out the best way to just meet women in 2024.

I hear you, but i would push back just a little bit on that.. if you chase a paycheck you’ll always be somebody’s employee.. you should chase success, and chase it on your own terms… and whatever you do- never, ever ever fall into the trap of trying to ‘keep up with the Joneses .’

ETA apologies if I took ur post too literally.

35, recently single. Having way less luck with the ladies this go round than I was before.

I would say if you are overweight, try joining a gym. If this still doesn’t work, you could look into a mail order bride.
