has snapchat reduced the quality and/or quantity of fight videos?

not just fight videos, but any type of video of something that happened on the streets, while driving, etc.
everyone wants to post these videos on snapchat (which only allows for 8 second videos) instead of recording the incident in its entirety. it seems like there are a lot less good fight videos on the internet the last few years.

You can save Snapchat videos so not sure why that leads to less fight vids. If anythere, there are more
