Used to live there. Great place. I've skied Christmas a lot in Colorado and never thought it was terribly bad or more than usual.

I have done Breck for Christmas. It was busy and quiet at the same time. Christmas Day was quiet, Christmas Eve was busy in the morning.
When it comes to crowds, Breckenridge is one of the worse at the base.

Where are you going? That will determine how crowded it will be.
I skied Breckenridge every christmas for about 4 years from 09-13. Crowds were minimal if you got out early.

I have been skiing on Thanksgiving Eve. wasn't crowded.
