I've had them tell me to pull over and wait for tenders. They bring me the food and I didn't check the box. Get all the way back to work only to discover they forgot to give me any sauce. Ruined the meal.

I was finally in an area that had a popeyes this week, and bought my dinner there. Not only did they get it right, but rewarded me with some awesome chicken for choosing them.
Damn I love their food. Maybe it's good they are not close to me.

FYI, the corporate goal over the next 7 years is to increase average unit volumes from $1.4 million to $2 million. I don't even see how.

The Popeye's on Loyola Drive in Kenner is a fine establishment. I have had great service and never a botched order. Stays open till midnight on weekdays. Great people.

I think it boils down to a proper receipt, and a proper way for the staff to organize it properly and get the order right

The Popeye's in Bay St. Louis has never messed up my order and they are usually pretty fast.
