“Our projections suggest warmer and more humid times of the year, and locations, may offer a modest reduction in reproductive number, helping with efforts to contain the pandemic and build response capacity. However, CRW numbers rarely drop below 0.5, indicating that upcoming changes in weather alone will not be enough to fully contain the transmission of COVID-19. “

Who cares if it fully contains?

There is always an escape clause though. Hot/humid weather kills every known coronavirus that we know of, however this might not be the case. Even though they have no evidence they have to say that.
Antibodies do not mean you have any immunity, even though we have zero credible instances of someone being reinfected and antibody treatments have shown good results.

Especially when it pretty easily spread through Manaus, Brazil (on the Amazon) and Guayaquil, Ecuador (Pacific coast swamp). Two of the hottest, most humid places on Earth.
