Yeah you have to be careful with sugar alcohols. I had a big sugar free Icee about a year back and I had the shits for 24 hours.

I learned the hard way on sugar free candy a few years back. Sugar free Jelly Belly beans are pure evil.

Yea I remember the time I tried one of the Kashis years ago. Gas was awful! Cereal was good, but never again!

Sugar free protein bar years back while driving long distance. Lucked into a rest stop with barely time to spare.
The experience added 30-40 minutes to my trip time and even after evacuating my bowels, it was still a miserably uncomfortable drive.
