US90 is still okay. Just watch out for speed traps. Especially near the casinos.

Yes it will be!
Right now the construction between Gulfport all the way to Diamondhead is the worse because 18 wheelers stay in the left lane and so does everyone else because the right lane is so messed up.

There needs to be another building on the grounds called Buccees express where its just the toilets and none of the foolishness.

I recall Buccees in Texas decades ago weren't giant and weren't a cluster to drive into the gas spots.

I wonder when the novelty will wear off.

I'm already in line.

It will be the 3rd largest Buc-ees in the country at 74,000 s/f. Just for reference, Baldwin is 50k.

I'd stop for gas if they had that rather than skip to a less clustered station.

If it keeps cars and rv's out of the truck stops, i'm all for it. Open some more and make Loves/Pilot/TA care about truckers again instead of cars.

I wish they'd build one right in the middle of Baton Rouge. At one of the busiest intersections. Chaos

Definitely not worth a special pilgrimage. I went to one on a biz trip to TX. It's just a big convenience store mixed with a road side store with funky stuff like a hobby lobby would have. I will say their own brand stuff is done right. I like choco covered almonds. Got a bag and the chocolate was like 2twice the size of the almond, and they weren't tiny.

Only "experience" thing that stuck with me, is that walking out of the bathrooms was like coming out of the airport looking for your family there waiting on your arrival.

I love how Buc-ee’s suddenly got Nicklebacked and is now trendy to hate on.
There are always open pumps. Bathrooms are spotless with doors that extend to the floor. The food is fresh and decent enough. The jerky bar is fantastic. No semi trucks are actually allowed there. They pay the employees livable wages and have a culture similar to Chick-Fil-A. Yes it’s crowded. Yes they sell Grunt Life shirts and Crocs. But I will absolutely stop there on a road trip if there is one along the way.

That pure country gas station next door has to be on borrowed time. It’s a dump

Im not hating on bucees.

But everyone hypes it up, and honestly was just disappointed based on the hype. At the end of the day, it's a clean gas station that sells a bunch of junk.

I don't get the fanatics that love bucees, buy their merchandiseand wear it around. There was an adult wearing a buccees body suit pajama in there.

I mean I get it's a nice gas station to stop at, but I've been to other gas stations that are clean as well, just not consistent across the brand.
