frick no. I don’t think they’ve even started assessing my area. But Entergy sends 20 million texts a day about how they know this is difficult

That is my current situation. We live near police/fire/many businesses/the damn entergy substation thingy. We never lose power. One neighbor said 16 hours is the longest he was without in 21 years. We had power back almost immediately during flood and ice storms. Something js big wrong when we don't have power.
