I thought about telling you. But I wanted to help you. Not burden you more. But I had to tell someone. And now, telling feels good, not bad. But it takes a while to get that boat turned around 180 degrees.
My therapist told me: Once you start tasting some of this intimacy, you're gonna want a lot more on your plate. And he's right. But at first you just taste your own bile. It's a process.

One year of therapy. Twice a week. If Jennifer will attend, it will be one individual session and one joint session. If she won't attend, then I will probably just stick to one session for me. Plus, a minimum of two group meetings a week. One on Mon and one on Fri. Plus 6 weekend retreats per year. That's my schedule. And, I'd like to go back to TN for one week per year of trauma work.

I hope I will find out soon. I hope she goes. But she's not communicating with me. So I am afraid she won't. I hope she goes for us, and for her. She has some work to do that would really do her some good. Both for what I've put her through and for what she brought with her into the marriage. None of us come in clean.

Sorry about that. Hate it for both of you. Her especially. But I shouldn't have put either of you in that position. I dont know why she told my mother you said those things. But she is really hurt. So I can't blame her for anything she said.
