don't know that they were the "Beatles" for that entire time but our band goes from 1997 to the present day
jk about Travis, I respect talent, especially in musicians, but I can't stomach country music, and that nasally, twangy voice of his has inspired a lot of other people that sound worse to me than nails on a chalkboard

I can respect that.
But Carrie can sing though. And it's not Auto-Tune or artificially produced, her vocal talent is legit, and you can't say that about a lot of musical "talents" today.
