In the past few days, I noticed that my hands will start to tremble uncontrollably.

Mentally I can make it stop, but when I am not thinking about it my hands will just start shaking randomly especially if I am holding something like my phone.

Age mid40’s.

In B 4:

It is not like the gif, it just shakes or trembles.

I’d get an appointment with a doc.

No. I just started a higher dose of Ozempic 2 weeks ago.

Body Tremors are one of the side effects.

This has happened to me for as long as I can remember. Also occurs to family members. I guess it's genetic.

It’s called the ‘shakes’. Quit drinking alcohol and find a meeting.

See a neurologist. A buddy at work had same. His was diagnosed as stress and too much caffeine. Odds are yours would most likely be something similar. but, good to rule out the bad stuff (Parkinson's and essential tremor primarily).

Essential (familial) tremors?

My grandma had them, then my dad, now I have them in my right hand, started in mid 40's. I can't stop them just thinking about it though. Somedays, I can't drink out of a glass or cup with my right hand or eat without spilling it everywhere.

Might also need a neck MRI. It could be neurogenic and related to a herniated disc or spinal or foraminal stenosis. Do you get shoulder or arm discomfort on the same side?

The fact that it’s when you’re engaging in action is good. Mine does that when I’ve had a cup of coffee or am stressed. It’s worse after I lift heavy weights due to imbalance between my finger flexing muscles and extending muscles.

Generally for something sinister like Parkinson’s it just starts to tremor at rest. We all have a small resting physiological tremor that is more recognizable in some than other based on a lot of shite when doing things.

I’d bet a mortgage payment the Ozympic has something to do with it.

See a Dr.,get your Vit B12 level checked.I started with tremors L hand in my late 60’s.Not at rest but when I was trying to do something like tying a bait on fishing line.
B12 level was low, started taking B12,tremors quit in fingers but still have it in my thumb.

It wouldn’t hurt to have some blood drawn to check your thyroid. Hyperthyroidism can make your hands shake.
