No surprise here. Oh, and the 9th Ward encompassed the East too. The bigger problem is that half of the shootings/murders are happening outside those areas.

Baton Rouge would be fairly decent if we could get rid of north Baton Rouge. Unfortunately crime has a way of migrating across areas.
