That's always been the case. The school has always had female student "athletic trainers" helping out with the football team....glorified water girls really. Then usually there are Nicholls students helping out with the team.

Was told "always had underage girls assisting him", this is from a former athlete. He also said the guy was good at his job and always helped him when he was injured.

Again, this isn't anything new. When I was in HS in the 90s, they always had girls helping the athletic training staff. And we all knew they were slamming the football players...that's why they wanted to "help." So him having those girls around him isn't anything out of the norm, IMO. What he did with them is a different story.

I'm pretty sure he was a trainer at Episcopal when I was there.

I'm just relaying a message that was told to me by someone who was an athlete there recently. Apparently the former student thought it was strange because he said, "a few of us actually suspected this for a while..."

Being he is an athletic trainer, he will have to answer to the medical board for this one as well, I sure hope it is a misunderstanding or a setup
