I’m fine with it assuming the dog is behaved, isn’t barking incessantly, shitting, and pissing everywhere.

A friend of mine used to own a bar. He allowed his fox terrier/chihuahua mix to be in the bar all the time. We would pick him up and put him on the bar and let him drink beer from our pints.
It was cute. He would shove his head down the pint and close his eyes and lap up some beer. We'd let him jump on us and sit on our laps when we were sitting on tables. I used to feed him fries also. Great dog.

A dog should never be in an establishment with other humans unless it is a vet office. Dogs are nasty and stink. Leave your turdmaker at home.
