I agree but washing your hands after pissing is more about reducing the risk of spreading bacteria/viruses to others than it is irrational fear of what is on the skin of your dick.
It's an opportunity to break the chain of infection several times per day.

I've very stern in this toilet seat business. Especially when women make a big fricking deal about it, demanding that the lid be put down after each use. If I can touch it to raise it, you can touch it to put it down. If that's not good enough, I'll leave the son of a bitch down and piss on the seat!
