I believe that address is owned by a law firm or something to that effect, which lead people to assume that it was flooded, etc...
But, now we're hearing that it probably wasn't flooded, so who knows what's up with that piece of property.

Ahh that makes sense. It was an OT detectives that had a different name on the house then that of the person arrested
